Companies and branches of entrepreneurs with headquarters in another member state or a third country in the Republic of Croatia are obliged to submit annual financial statements to FINA no later than six months from the last day of the business year. For entrepreneurs whose business year is the same as the calendar year, that term expires on June 30.
The following documents must also be submitted to FINA, in addition to the annual financial statements:
Who shall sign the Statements and Resolutions?
The board is responsible for preparing the company's financial statements. It is obliged to submit the prepared financial statements to the company's assembly without delay.
The board must deliver the annual financial statements to every company member so that they can approve the company's annual financial statements at the assembly.
The assembly decides on issues determined by the articles of association, especially on the company's financial statements and on profit distribution or loss coverage.
Note: Annual financial statements must be permanently kept in original
